The Institute of Sexology (NSFW. Obviously.)

In my last post, I mentioned the Wellcome Collection on Euston Road, and it’s exhibition, The Institute of Sexology. It’s an exhibition I’d been wanting to go to since it opened, so was definitely top of my list when I found myself with an afternoon in London to spare.

The exhibition is set out in sections, and includes work from Marie Stopes, Alfred Kinsey, and William Masters & Virginia Johnson, as well as archived materials, and data from the National Survey of Sexual Attitudes and Lifestyles. There’s artwork, and questionnaires, and events, and it’s all around pretty great. Really interesting. I’ve borrowed some pictures from the website (none of these are mine), and you definitely should get there to have a look if you’re near. The exhibition is free, and is on until September, so you’ve got a while!!
