So this was the book stack from my massive charity shop search for books at the weekend. I’ve missed out The Time Travellers Wife, but I just finished it 🙂 I’ve finished Let The Right One In, and The Great Automatic Grammatizator now too, and I’m just getting started on One Hundred Years of Solitude. One way to enjoy the daily commute!
Over at Meet Me At Mike’s, there’s an online book club for The Time Travellers Wife. It’s just coming to an end, but there might be a new book soon 🙂 I’m heading over there to review it, and read other people’s reviews. I lovelovelove that book – it’s made me cry every time I’ve read it, even though I know what’s going to happen at the end. I’ve not seen the film, because I’m scared that it will have been ruined. That said, I’m quite tempted to see the movie version of Let The Right One In, because I think it might translate on to screen pretty well. I’m not sure. I don’t know anyone who has seen or read it, so I might just have to brave it and see… Hmmm.
